An independent designer arrived with a mood board and a sketch. Our team developed a sculptural twist-lock from 3D concept to production, including custom plating to match their brand gold — all on a first-run quantity most factories would decline.
Design & Prototyping
A contemporary label needed a full hardware suite — buckle, chain end-caps and a logo plate — that read consistent across pieces. We delivered 3D renders, then physical prototypes for hands-on approval before committing tooling.

An accessories startup supplied finished technical drawings. We handled casting, hand-polishing and quality control — then matched the exact finish again across three re-orders as their volume scaled from hundreds to thousands.
